Summary-
As a Door Attendant, you will be responsible for welcoming and greeting visitors, maintaining security and safety for the premises, and assisting with any inquiries or directions needed by guests.
Job Responsibility-
- Greet visitors and provide a warm welcome as they enter the premises.
- Ensure the safety and security of the property by monitoring the entrance and exits.
- Assist guests with inquiries, provide directions, and offer general information about the premises.
- Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries, as well as any mail or packages.
- Keep track of visitor logs and ensure adherence to any visitor policies or procedures.
- Report any suspicious activity or security concerns to the appropriate authorities.
Candidate Requirements-
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a customer service or security-related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations tactfully.
- Strong attention to detail and awareness of surroundings.
- Physical capability to stand for long periods and work in varying weather conditions if the role involves outdoor duties.
