Overview
BARE is a modern, fast-casual restaurant serving functional food and drinks. As the Guest Experience Host, you are the first point of contact for every guest, creating a welcoming experience while managing seating, waitlists, and the overall flow of the restaurant. You'll ensure every guest understands how BARE works and help deliver a smooth, enjoyable dining experience from arrival to departure.
What You'll Be Doing
Guest Experience
- Welcome every guest with warmth and professionalism
- Explain the BARE concept and how the ordering process works
- Answer menu and restaurant questions confidently
- Create a positive first and last impression for every guest
Seating & Waitlist Management
- Manage the waitlist and assign tables efficiently
- Guide guests to their tables
- Coordinate table availability with the kitchen and service team
- Ensure fair and organized seating during busy periods
Table Flow
- Clearly communicate dining times (especially during rush hours)
- Help maintain smooth table turnover while ensuring guests feel welcomed and respected
- Politely manage seating availability and assist with transitions during peak hours
Coordination
- Communicate continuously with the kitchen and front-of-house team
- Monitor restaurant flow and anticipate bottlenecks
- Support the team in maintaining an organized, calm dining environment
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Friendly, confident, and highly professional
- Naturally hospitable and enjoys interacting with people
- Well-presented
- Calm under pressure and able to multitask
- Organized, proactive, and attentive to detail
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or restaurants is an advantage
