Qilada Machinery is seeking an experienced After-Sales Manager to lead our Maintenance Service Center and oversee after-sales operations for our range of heavy machinery, municipal equipment, hydraulic systems, and commercial vehicles.
This is a leadership role for a professional who can not only manage daily operations but also establish world-class after-sales processes and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage the workshop and after-sales service operations.
· Manage technical teams, service advisors, and workshop personnel.
· Oversee maintenance, warranty, technical support, and customer service activities.
· Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all after-sales functions.
· Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
· Implement and continuously improve Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and best practices.
· Improve workshop efficiency, quality control, reporting systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Coordinate with spare parts, technical, and sales teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in after-sales, service management, or workshop operations.
- Strong experience with superstructures, commercial vehicles, trucks, hydraulic systems and municipal equipment.
- Demonstrated experience in developing SOPs, KPIs, quality systems, and operational processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
