Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating qualified leads, promoting the company's products and services, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Marketing Development, Telemarketing, Call Center, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet daily and monthly KPIs.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers via phone to introduce the company's products and services.
- Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with potential customers.
- Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to support business growth.
- Achieve daily call targets and monthly performance objectives.
- Prepare reports on lead generation activities and customer feedback.
