We are looking for Guest Service Associates to join our newly launched Airport Hospitality operation, supporting both our Airport Lounge and Transit Hotel
As a Guest Service Associate, you will be the face of our hospitality experience, ensuring every guest receives professional, efficient, and personalized service throughout their journey
About the Role
The Guest Service Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. This role serves as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing their needs while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impresion.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other operational teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain knowledge of available services, facilities, and promotions.
- Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately.
- Promote hotel and lounge services while identifying opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and effectively.
- Adhere to company policies, service standards, and safety procedures.
- Support a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and service excellence.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a hospitality qualification is an advantage.
- Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Services, Hospitality, Aviation, or Customer Service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Property Management Systems(PMS).
- Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards.
- Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
