Role Description The موظف مبيعات (Sales Officer) is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman. This role is responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients, presenting the agency’s services, and building long-term relationships to drive revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include following up on leads, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities. The Sales Officer will also support campaign upselling, attend meetings and networking events, and provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, in both written and verbal forms.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships and provide high-quality customer service.
- Familiarity with social media, digital marketing concepts, and creative agency services.
- Organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks.
- Comfortable working on-site in Amman and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles, preferably in advertising or media.
- Basic proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., CRM systems, spreadsheets, presentation software).
- Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to reaching sales targets.
- Relevant educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
