Job Summary:
As a Sales Consultant at TAJ ALSAFA® Real Estate Development, you will play a pivotal role in our sales operations. You will focus on selling residential and commercial properties. You will be instrumental in driving sales success, developing strategic sales plans, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent luxury residential developments and guide clients through the full journey: inquiry → viewing → negotiation → closing
- Qualify and manage inbound leads (buyers & investors), schedule private showings, and deliver high-end presentations
- Build long-term relationships
- Maintain a clean, active pipeline in the CRM and consistently hit weekly/monthly targets
- Negotiate and close deals while protecting the brand experience at every touchpoint
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- + 3 years of experience in realited field. (Preferred in real estate)
- Proven sales experience (real estate preferred; luxury retail, automotive, hospitality, banking, and insurance
- Strong communication, polished presence, and a consultative approach
- Comfort discussing pricing, payment plans, ROI, and value—beyond features and finishes
- Organized, fast follow-up, and serious about targets and accountability
