The King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) is seeking to hire for the Position “Senior Business Development Manager- Advocacy and Government Affairs .
The Senior Manager will lead business development in alignment with KHCF/KHCC’s growth strategy by generating new revenue streams and expanding institutional partnerships across patient referrals, Training Academy programs, and technical consulting services. The role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, packaging market-ready service offerings, building strategic partnerships, leading commercial negotiations, and driving regional expansion to position KHCC’s expertise in priority markets. Additionally, the Senior Manager will spearhead market intelligence and client acquisition efforts through market analysis, stakeholder mapping, proactive outreach, and relationship-building to convert prospects into long-term, revenue-generating partnerships.
Minimum education requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or related field.
Years of experience required: 12+ years of experience in healthcare business development or health sector consulting.
