The King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) is seeking a strategic, innovative, and results-oriented leader to join its team as the Head of Business Development Unit within the Cancer Care Insurance (CCI) program.

This key role is responsible for driving the growth of the CCI program, expanding its market presence, and ensuring its long-term sustainability and profitability. The ideal candidate will lead strategic planning, foster high-impact partnerships, drive innovation in insurance products, and lead a high-performing team — all in alignment with KHCF’s mission to enhance access to quality cancer care.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities locally and regionally.
Lead the development and enhancement of insurance products and services based on emerging market needs.
Establish and develop strategic partnerships; negotiate and secure business contracts.
Oversee marketing, branding, and customer engagement efforts to increase visibility and retention.
Lead, mentor, and manage the Business Development team to achieve performance goals.

Minimum Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is preferred.

Required Experience:

At least 10 years of progressive experience in business development, insurance, financial services, or a related field.
Experience in the insurance sector or healthcare-related programs is highly desirable.
Proven track record in driving revenue growth, forming strategic partnerships, and successfully closing business deals.
Solid understanding of actuarial processes and underwriting principles related to insurance product development and pricing.
