Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Assistant (Junior-Level) to join our team. The selected candidate will report directly to the HR Manager and will play a key role in supporting daily HR and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Book travel tickets, hotels, visas and organize business trips for employees according to internal policy
- Support recruitment processes by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
- Assist in onboarding new hires, including coordinating issuance of access cards, preparing assets, and ensuring all onboarding requirements are completed
- Assist with office administrative tasks, including maintenance follow-up
- Monitor and follow up on employee time & attendance records
- Provide general HR administrative support
- Handle ad-hoc HR-related tasks as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply)
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
