Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Moderator situated in Amman, Jordan. The Social Media Moderator will be responsible for managing and monitoring social media channels, ensuring timely responses to comments and messages, and scheduling. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with audiences, ensuring community guidelines are adhered to, identifying trends, analyzing social media metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to align campaigns with the overall brand strategy.
Qualifications

- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
