Job: Commercial Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the commercial manager in day-to-day sales activities including but not limited to preparing quotations and other documents, reports, etc...
- Service existing accounts consisting of order follow-ups; complaint handling; resolving credit concerns; sample follow ups; and other account related issues.
- Assist with placement of orders via phone, fax and email.
- Responsible for passing on production instructions on a daily basis.
- Ensure clear document management where needed.
- Assist in the preparation and organisation of promotional material or events.
- Develop and delivers sales presentations in a professional and effective manner.
- Create monthly, quarterly, and year-end sales volume reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (strong academic record)
- 0–2 years of experience in a commercial, logistics, or sales support role.
- Strong written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up ability.
- Comfortable engaging with clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Professional, reliable, and maintains confidentiality at all times.
