In this position, you will play a central role in expanding our regional footprint—identifying new opportunities, strengthening client engagement, and supporting strategic sales initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure clients receive tailored, high-impact solutions.
Key Duties
- Build strong expertise in our offerings to clearly communicate their strategic value to potential clients.
- Source and engage prospective customers through market mapping, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to uncover opportunities and guide sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive business pitches to decision-makers across various industries.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proposed solutions align with client requirements.
- Support the development of pricing packages that balance competitiveness with business objectives.
- Keep detailed records of pipelines, touchpoints, and progress using CRM tools.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar discipline.
- 3–5 years of business development or sales experience, ideally within the GCC/MENA region or digital/e-commerce sectors.
- Strong CRM proficiency and familiarity with structured sales processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Fluent English; additional languages—especially Arabic—are advantageous.
- Strong command of MS Office and other business software.
- A customer-first mindset and the ability to cultivate long-term partnerships.
