Role Purpose
The Marketing Communications Officer is mainly an executional member to shaping eSense’s brand voice and positioning in KSA and maybe across the GCC and global markets. the role involves marketing planning, budgeting, spending controls in accordance with management and team members.
The role supports strategic messaging for brand, products, services, corporate communications, digital content, campaigns, and PR, to ensure that every message, visual, video, or campaign reflects eSense’s premium, innovation-driven identity of the end to end digital evolution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Corporate Messaging
· Develop and refine brand messaging across English & Arabic channels.
· Ensure consistency of tone across website, brochures, social media, digital fronts, campaigns, and all product materials.
· Support positioning of eSense products, solutions, and services.
2. Content and Channeling Development
· Coordinate with top management to manage and coordinate
o production of content: brochures, presentations, case studies, refreshing website pages
o developing social content calendars & channels
o observe the running of digital campaigns and email marketing communications
o media relations and PR statements.
o Executive messaging and thought-leadership content.
3. Product & Solutions Communication
· Translate technical capabilities of platforms & solutions/services into compelling value messaging.
· Work with product, consulting, and technology teams to reflect accurate solution narratives.
· Support launch campaigns and product announcements.
4. Campaign & Digital Communications
· Support multi-channel campaign messaging & creative briefs.
· Coordinate with design and creative production teams for execution.
· Monitor engagement and optimize narrative based on campaign performance.
5. Internal & Partner Communications
· Communicate with vendors and partners for events collaborations, co-branding, and co-marketing
· Prepare event messaging, participation statements, and partnership communications.
· Support internal communication updates when required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years experience in marketing communication or content roles (preferably enterprise / tech / digital transformation).
- Strong knowledge of digital media and social media with planning cabalities
- Strong bilingual writing skills (English & Arabic).
- Familiarity with GCC business culture and government/enterprise communications tone.
- Good in storytelling & high messaging skills
- Strong understanding of digital innovation & enterprise platforms
- Ability to develop powerful narratives with the copywriters
