we are a company in Lybia specialising in the construction of roads and bridges in the high-end sector. We are seeking an experienced Recruiter / Human Resources Manager to play a key role in personnel management and contribute to the building and development of structures within the Human Resources Department. The ideal candidate should be adept at recruiting, with experience in construction.
We are looking for someone to join our office in Lybia. Working remotely from abroad for the first few weeks / months is an option.
Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent and ensure a diverse and skilled team.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding and training programs for new employees.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within HR functions.
- Experience in using ERP systems and other relevant software applications for HR management.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand certain requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Demonstrated success in recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align Human Resources strategies with business objectives.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
- Experience in managing payroll systems and ensuring compliance with local payroll regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment in road construction
- HR certification is advantageous.
