HR Officer – Overview
The HR Officer will be responsible for supporting the implementation of human resource strategies, policies, and programs that align with company goals, ensure compliance with labor laws, and foster a productive and engaging workplace. This role focuses on operational HR tasks, recruitment, employee relations, performance support, and HR reporting, ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and Jordanian labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Command of both Arabic and English languages.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee records.
- Support performance management, training, and development initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, grievance procedures, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and assist with payroll coordination.
- Contribute to building an engaging and productive work environment.
