Technical Duties:
Learning Needs Analysis & Strategy:
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps across the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads to align learning initiatives with business objectives.
- Develop learning strategies that support both technical and leadership development.
- Design, develop, and facilitate engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Ensure learning content is relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Use instructional design principles to enhance the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Leadership & Development Programs:
- Support the development and delivery of leadership programs for managers and high-potential employees.
- Assist in succession planning and career development initiatives through targeted learning interventions.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of leadership development programs.
Training Administration & Coordination:
- Manage training logistics, schedules, and participant communications.
- Maintain accurate training records, reports, and metrics to monitor program effectiveness.
- Coordinate with external training providers and vendors as needed.
Continuous Improvement & HR Collaboration:
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance outcomes.
- Recommend improvements to learning programs to increase engagement and ROI.
- Work closely with HR and other departments to ensure L&D initiatives support broader HR strategies.
HR & Corporate Events:
- Plan, organize, and execute corporate HR events, including cultural celebrations (e.g., Ramadan Iftar), career fairs, employee engagement activities, and recognition programs.
- Coordinate logistics, communications, and resources for events.
- Ensure events run smoothly and align with company culture and objectives.
- Collect feedback and evaluate the success and impact of events.
- Setting the departmental budget as overall and the organizational units under supervision, also controlling the financial performance and keeping it with the budget caps defined.
- Defining and setting the key performance indicators for monitoring the performance of the departmental units under supervision.
- Conducting periodic meetings with subordinates for reviewing the tasks progress and workflows, discussing suggestions and taking the suitable actions accordingly.
- Specifying all manpower and training-needs required in coordination with the Human Resources department.
- Following up on employees’ affairs, including vacation, leaves, etc.
- Conducing the performance appraisals for subordinates according to the scheduled plans and recommending any necessary actions.
Required Educational Level & Certificates:
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration or any other related field.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in similar related field.
