We’re Hiring: HR Senior Officer (Human Resources Senior Officer)

Location: Amman, Jordan · Type: Full-time, on-site

Al-Mazraa Dairy Industries (Mazraa) is seeking a hands-on HR Senior Officer to strengthen our people operations across a 200-person, multi-shift manufacturing and distribution team.

What you’ll do

Workforce planning & recruitment: Build pipelines for operators/drivers/merchandisers; structured interviews; references; offers.
T&A (Time & Attendance) & payroll inputs: Own attendance flow, overtime controls, and monthly reconciliations with Finance.
Employee relations & compliance: Investigations, warnings, grievance handling; Jordan Labor Law and SSC (Social Security Corporation) filings.
On-boarding & L&D (Learning & Development): Induction, SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) training, supervisor upskilling.
HRIS (Human Resources Information System) & records: Data hygiene, personnel files, leave management.
Reporting: Monthly HR KPI (Key Performance Indicator) dashboard—headcount, hires/exits, time-to-fill, absenteeism %, overtime hours, training hours, incidents.
Safety coordination: Support safety committee, incident logs, and corrective actions with Production/QA.
Liaise to Social security and ministry of labor.

What you bring

4–7 years in HR within manufacturing or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods); shift-based workforce exposure is a plus.
Strong Arabic writing and solid English.
Advanced Excel (lookups, pivots) and familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System)/HRIS.
High integrity, organized, and assertive with shop-floor and leadership.

Success in 6 months looks like

Clean T&A and payroll-input cycle (≤0.5% error).
Hiring targets met (operators/drivers ≤21 days; supervisors ≤35 days).
Live HR dashboard reviewed monthly with actions tracked.
Updated handbook and on-boarding checklist (Arabic/English) in use.

Nice to have

Exposure to ISO 9001/22000, or basic PMS (Performance Management System).
