Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Amman for a Performance Marketing Manager. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, optimizing campaigns for better ROI, and managing online marketing budgets. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying new opportunities for growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing, especially on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Experience in running efficient conversion campaigns on all social platforms.
- Managing conversion API and Google Tag
- Experience with data analysis, analytics tools, and ROI optimization
- Familiarity with market research methods and identifying growth opportunities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Prior experience in managing online marketing budgets and campaigns is a plus
