Responsibilities

Manage all recruitment-related tasks, including resume sourcing, interview scheduling, salary negotiation, and onboarding procedures;
Prepare necessary documents and schedules for new employee onboarding, coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process and a positive first-day experience;
Handle administrative tasks related to onboarding, employee training, and exit interviews, including data entry into the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and audits for accuracy and compliance;
Support payroll processing, including employee file updates, leave tracking, salary distribution, and benefits administration;
Assist in maintaining and interpreting the employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contribute to the development and updating of company policies;
Manage daily administrative tasks such as office maintenance and procurement.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English or Chinese;
Strong sense of service and dedication;
Solid problem-solving skills with a thorough understanding of HR processes and policies;
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field;
Knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and regulations.
