KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and documentation).
- Maintain and update employee files, records, and HR databases (digital and physical).
- Support in handling employee relations matters including disciplinary actions in coordination with HR Senior Officer.
- Assist with legal HR matters, ensuring compliance with labor law and company policies.
- Monitor staff attendance, leave records, and prepare related reports.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of all HR and administrative records.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support (preferred).
Skills
· Knowledge of labor laws and HR procedures.
· Strong organizational and filing skills with attention to detail.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
