Job Purpose:
To support the Talent Acquisition/People team in executing end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring a smooth candidate experience, and contributing to building a strong talent pipeline for the organization. This role provides hands-on training and exposure to recruitment processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening resumes from different platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, etc.).
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support in conducting initial phone screenings and assessments under supervision.
- Maintain candidate records and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist in preparing job postings and advertisements across platforms.
- Participate in career fairs, internship programs, and employer branding activities.
- Support the team in preparing recruitment reports and tracking hiring metrics.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates to provide positive recruitment experience.
- Perform other administrative tasks and projects assigned by the direct manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Interest in pursuing a career in HR and Talent Acquisition.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
