Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Amman. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Day-to-day tasks include developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, conducting training and development programs, and addressing employee concerns.
Qualifications
- Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Staffing
- Skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
- Knowledge of HR Policies, Compliance, and Employment Law
- Ability to Conduct Training and Development Programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven ability to work in a team and lead HR initiatives
- Experience in the investment or financial industry is a plus
- Knowledge in UAE HR laws is a plus
