Job Summary:
As an Ethics & Independence Analyst, you will support the firm in maintaining
compliance with global and local independence and ethics requirements. This entry-level role is designed for recent graduates who are eager to build a career in
compliance, risk management, and professional ethics. You will assist the E&I team in
handling Independence operations, monitoring compliance systems,
and supporting firm-wide initiatives, all while gaining hands-on experience and
structured training.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day PI operations and compliance tasks.
• Assist in monitoring E&I systems and preparing compliance reports.
• Help coordinate firm-wide independence declarations and track completion.
• Respond to basic queries on independence and ethics policies (with
guidance).
• Contribute to compliance reviews, monitoring, and audits under supervision.
• Assist in preparing training materials and awareness initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to promote a strong
compliance culture.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Accounting, Finance, Business
Administration, or a related field.
• No prior work experience required, internships in compliance, audit, or risk
management are a plus.
• Strong interest in compliance, ethics, and risk management.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking).
