Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Logistics Specialist (Entry Level) to join our team in Amman. This is an entry-level role, and we will provide full training to ensure the candidate understands the processes and systems in place. The Logistics Specialist will manage supply chain processes, coordinate export activities, and ensure exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include overseeing inventory, ensuring timely shipments, maintaining clear communication with clients and suppliers, and performing analytical assessments to optimize logistics operations.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in supply chain management and export processes
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience in logistics or a related field is beneficial
Primary Responsibilities
- Support daily logistics operations, including shipment tracking and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and warehouse teams
- Ensure timely and accurate updates of shipments and inventory records
- Assist in analyzing logistics costs and identifying optimization opportunities
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient logistics flow
