Astrolabe is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple coffee house branches, ensuring consistent excellence in quality, service, and operational performance in direct coordination with the Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise branch performance across the assigned area and ensure adherence to operational standards and company policies.
Report daily and weekly operational results to the Operations Manager and provide improvement recommendations.
Support Branch Managers in managing teams, achieving KPIs, and maintaining smooth daily operations.
Monitor quality, hygiene, and food safety standards across all branches.
Track sales, inventory, and wastage while identifying trends and operational issues.
Coordinate with other departments
Participate in staff development and training programs in collaboration with the Technical Training Department.
Conduct regular field visits to evaluate performance, compliance, and overall branch readiness.
Represent the brand values and culture through consistent leadership and team engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in multi-branch cafe or restaurant operations management.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proven ability to manage diverse teams and motivate them toward performance goals.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and reporting abilities.
Proficiency in operational systems ( ERP, Excel, etc.).
Flexibility to travel frequently between branches.
Professional appearance, communication, and interpersonal skills.
