About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Manager to lead our workshop operations. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of hands-on experience managing technical teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining operational efficiency. This role requires a proactive leader with strong organizational skills and a deep understanding of workshop processes and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily workshop operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of jobs.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of technicians and support staff to achieve performance and quality targets.
Plan and schedule maintenance, repair, and production activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and health & safety regulations.
Manage workshop budgets, inventory, tools, and spare parts efficiently.
Diagnose complex technical issues and provide expert guidance to the team.
Maintain accurate job records, reports, and performance metrics.
Continuously improve workshop processes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Automotive / Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
8–10 years of relevant experience in workshop or maintenance management.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
