Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Amman. The Business Development Manager will identify and develop strategic business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with partners, negotiate contracts, and drive sales growth. This role involves market analysis, identifying potential clients, and working closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve the company’s business goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Partnership Management
- Strong Negotiation and Communication skills
- Ability to conduct Market Analysis and Business Strategy planning
- Experience with Client Relationship Management
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
