Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cost Controller to join our team at CFI. As the Cost Controller , you will be responsible to play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing expenses while providing critical financial insights to support the decision-making. This position is responsible for overseeing cost control initiatives and conducting in-depth financial analysis to enhance the company's financial performance.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control all company expenses (administration, travel, petty cash, and other operational costs).
- Ensure strict compliance with financial policies and budgetary guidelines.
- Analyze expenditure trends and highlight areas for cost optimization.
- Manage travel requests, approvals, and reimbursements.
- Oversee petty cash disbursements, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and support both internal and external audits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 3–6 years of experience in cost control or financial analysis.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and budgeting principles.
- Proficiency in Excel and Odoo ERP.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized.
