Job Opportunity: Senior Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. As a Senior Architect, you will lead and manage architectural projects from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design efforts for projects of various scales and complexities.
Develop concept designs, presentations, and detailed design documents.
Oversee the preparation of technical drawings, design specifications, and construction documents.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to deliver successful projects.
Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, ensuring quality control and adherence to design intent.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
Mentor and support junior architects and team members in their professional development.
Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing, client presentations, and fostering client relationships.

Experience and Qualifications:

5-7 years of professional architectural experience
Proficiency in AutoDesk, REVIT and AutoCAD is a must
Proficiency in D5 Render is preferred
Excellent communication and leadership skills
