As we continue to expand, we are looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help identify and engage potential Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, CRM, and Power Platform solutions clients, fostering relationships that lead to business growth.
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant – Field Service based in Jordan to join our team and lead client engagements across the region. This role is ideal for someone who brings deep functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and hands-on experience with Field Service implementations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM – Field Service solutions, including modules such as work orders, scheduling, asset tracking, resource management, and mobility.
- Gather business requirements and design CRM solutions that align with customer needs and industry best practices.
- Configure and customize Field Service modules within D365 to optimize client workflows.
- Integrate Field Service with other Dynamics modules and Power Platform components.
- Train end-users and provide ongoing support post-go-live to ensure user adoption and system stability.
- Work closely with technical teams to deliver customizations and integrations.
- Participate in pre-sales activities including demos, estimations, and solution design workshops.
- Document business processes, configurations, test cases, and training materials.
- Ensure successful project delivery by adhering to timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, with a strong focus on Field Service.
- Proven experience with core Field Service functionalities: work orders, scheduling, asset and inventory tracking, preventive maintenance, etc.
- Power Platform knowledge (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a strong plus.
- Experience with client-facing roles, business analysis, and solution architecture.
- Familiarity with D365 Customer Service or Project Operations is a plus.
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications related to CRM/Field Service are preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
