About the role
We are hiring a Business Development Manager to grow a new productivity tool made for Microsoft users. The focus is not only selling but setting up the sales system that will scale. You will create the structure, build repeatable processes, and prepare for a future sales team. This is a full time onsite role in Amman.
What you will do
- Create and manage a sales process from lead generation through closing and account follow up
- Build and track a sales pipeline with clear reporting and forecasting
- Identify and target enterprise, government, and consulting clients who use Microsoft tools
- Write sales playbooks, outreach methods, and performance metrics that can grow into a sales team
- Lead client meetings and demos, showing the value of our product
- Work with product and marketing teams to align on feedback and messaging
- Set the ground for building and leading a sales team as the product grows
Who you are
- Experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in SaaS or productivity tools
- Able to design sales systems and frameworks that others can use
- Comfortable handling enterprise level sales cycles and senior decision makers
- Skilled at creating repeatable tools like CRM setups, outreach playbooks, and KPIs
- Strong communicator who balances strategy with execution
- Interested in building and later leading a sales team
Nice to have
- Experience in Microsoft ecosystem or enterprise productivity tools
- Background working with consulting, government, or SaaS clients
- Experience managing or mentoring sales staff
