Job Opportunity: Senior Architect
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. As a Senior Architect, you will lead and manage architectural projects from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design efforts for projects of various scales and complexities.
- Develop concept designs, presentations, and detailed design documents.
- Oversee the preparation of technical drawings, design specifications, and construction documents.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to deliver successful projects.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, ensuring quality control and adherence to design intent.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Mentor and support junior architects and team members in their professional development.
- Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing, client presentations, and fostering client relationships.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of professional architectural experience
- Proficiency in AutoDesk, REVIT and AutoCAD is a must
- Proficiency in D5 Render is preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
