We're looking for a driven Partnerships Executive to join our team and play a key role in building strong relationships, creating collaborations, and driving business growth across our target markets.
About the Role
You'll be the bridge between Kassel and the outside business world. Your mission is to find the right strategic partners in the education and hospitality sectors, build strong long-term relationships, and close deals that bring consistent, scalable growth to the company. We're not chasing numbers — one great partner can open multiple doors and change everything.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and approach schools, universities, hotels, restaurants, and hospitality groups as strategic partners
- Present Kassel's AI-powered software products in a clear, compelling, and persuasive way
- Negotiate partnership terms, offers, and agreements that create mutual value
- Focus on landing anchor partners — organizations whose network can generate multiple sales pipelines
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to create joint go-to-market strategies
- Track and report on partnership performance, pipeline growth, and revenue impact
- Attend industry events, networking sessions, and business forums in EduTech and Hospitality to spot new opportunities
- Maintain a well-organized CRM database of prospects, leads, and active partners
- Meet monthly targets for partnerships and business growth
Requirements
- 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, partnerships, or business development
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify and evaluate companies as strategic partnership opportunities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with minimal supervision needed
- Fluent in Arabic — English is a strong plus
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and business databases for prospecting
- Knowledge of or interest in AI, software products, EduTech, or Hospitality is a clear advantage
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field — or equivalent experience
- Strong grasp of B2B sales cycles and how partnerships fit into revenue growth
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, or similar)
- Proven track record of closing deals or agreements with external organizations
- Ability to research and analyze companies for compatibility and business fit
Bonus Points
- Existing network of contacts in the education or hospitality industries
- Experience selling or partnering with SaaS or AI-powered software companies
- Familiarity with EduTech platforms (LMS, e-learning, student management systems)
- Knowledge of hospitality tech (POS systems, restaurant management, hotel software)
- Experience representing a company at business events or expos
