In this role, you will shape the company’s training strategy, build strategic partnerships with international bodies and industry experts, and ensure excellence and innovation across all programs—reinforcing our position as a trusted brand in training, development, and consulting.
*Responsibilities:*
*Strategy & Excellence*
Contribute to the design and development of the company’s training and development strategy.
Oversee accreditation processes and ensure the issuance of international certifications in accordance with global standards.
Monitor and evaluate trainers’ performance to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
*Innovation & Learning*
Introduce and apply innovative instructional methodologies and tools.
Continuously research global learning trends to enhance program effectiveness and impact.
Deliver and facilitate high-level sessions with executive audiences.
*Partnerships & Growth*
Build and expand the company’s network of local and international trainers and experts.
Attract top talent and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Support the preparation of tender documents and business proposals to drive business growth.
*Qualifications*
5–10 years of progressive experience in corporate learning & development/training operations.
Strong background in instructional design and facilitation.
Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic proficiency strongly preferred.
Proven expertise in stakeholder management, budgeting, and project management.
Strong public speaking and facilitation skills with executive-level audiences.
