Reflect is seeking a seasoned Product Lead to spearhead innovation and expand our portfolio of fintech solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading product strategy, development, and execution, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
Accountabilities and Key Roles:
Product Strategy & Development:
- Set up a product plan, roadmap, and strategy in collaboration with leadership.
- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products aimed at enhancing the full customer lifecycle, including acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and re-engagement.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Liaise with business, management, and all stakeholders to define product outcomes and roadmap.
- Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, customer support, and compliance teams to ensure alignment on features, flows, and go to market plan.
- Communicate the product's value proposition to the Marketing team.
- Participate in SDLC events such as planning, reviews, and backlog grooming to push features forward in agile/hybrid product development methodologies.
Problem-Solving & Insights:
- Produce insights to address challenges, boost acquisition, drive product growth, and create new features or products.
- Flag any issues and areas for improvement to stakeholders.
Documentation & Testing:
- Define and execute product requirements and produce necessary wireframes and documentation.
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and PIR (Post Implementation Review) to ensure bugs are resolved and tested successfully.
- Follow up with teams on the roadmap and delivery.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track design and development progress to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators to measure product success and identify enhancement opportunities.
- Collect and report all relevant metrics.
Decision-Making & Strategy:
- Draft key objectives, results, and strategies, utilizing data to inform business decisions.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably within fintech or digital banking.
Competencies:
- Strong expertise in AI and financial services.
- Extensive knowledge of market trends and fintech services.
- Proven experience in strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
