Our company is seeking a qualified and experienced Holidays & Ticketing Manager to oversee holiday programs and ticketing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing travel packages, supervising ticketing processes, and ensuring excellent service delivery to both individual and corporate clients.
Qualifications and Requirements:
*Proven experience in holidays planning, ticketing operations, and corporate travel management.
*Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration or a related field.
*Strong leadership, communication skills, with excellent proficiency in the English language.
*Customer-focused with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
*Ability to work efficiently with multiple booking systems, including Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre.
Key Responsibilities:
*Plan, develop, and manage holiday packages and itineraries.
*Supervise flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, and refunds.
*Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and international travel partners.
*Manage and oversee corporate business travel services, including contracts, corporate accounts, and tailored travel solutions.
*Monitor budgets, operational efficiency, and service quality.
*Lead, train, and support the holidays and ticketing team to meet business objectives.
*Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
