Job Responsibilities
- Manage office requirements and procurement of supplies, including follow-up with suppliers.
- Handle collections and support financial entries on the company’s financial system.
- Salary management, follow-up on payroll, tax deductions, and social security contributions.
- Manage office personnel, attendance, and absences.
- Organize and coordinate daily office operations.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and print official documents and correspondence.
- Receive visitors and handle phone calls and emails.
- File and archive documents and records.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to other departments as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in administrative support, office management, or secretarial roles.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience with financial or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration (required).
