Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Fuheis, Jordan. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and improving the efficiency of daily operations, managing staff, developing operational policies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and handling budgets and financial planning. The role also involves coordinating with different departments to ensure all operations run smoothly and efficiently, and solving any issues that arise promptly.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing daily operations and staff
- Skills in developing operational policies and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Financial planning and budget management skills
- Ability to coordinate with various departments and solve operational issues
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Arabic) is a must
- Assures Quality Control (Taste & Presentation) on all products
- Experience in the food industry or a related field for a minimum of 1 year
- Capable of Managing Events for up to 500 persons
- social media and marketing skills is a plus
- A valid driver's license is a plus
