Job Summary IT Strategy and M
anagement:· Lead an
d assist in large IT projects, including system design and deployment.· Contrib
ute to defining IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes. · Monitor
IT system performance, assess cost-effectiveness, and propose improvements.· Collabo
rate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and develop IT solutions.· Partici
pate in the training and support of IT staff. · Assist
in the development and implementation of network security, disaster recovery, and IT infrastructure policies.· Analyze
resource utilization and propose strategies for optimization. · Contrib
ute to the management of development projects for integrating new technologies into existing systems. · Provide
ongoing support and maintenance for hardware, software, and network components. IT Suppo
rt and Security:· Assist
in troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to internal IT.· Partici
pate in the assessment of vendors and the development of test strategies for new hardware and software. · Support network security, disaster recovery, and IT infrastructure policies.· Collabo
rate with the help desk team to address user IT needs.· Gain ex
perience in managing on-premises servers, SAN, and NAS devices.
Infrastr
ucture Management and Security:· Assist
in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.· Partici
pate in the assessment of vendors and the development of test strategies for new hardware and software. · Collaborate in monitoring IT system performance and resource utilization for optimization.· Support
the allocation of staff, costs, and schedules effectively.· Assist
in conducting annual performance reviews for team members and providing guidance and support. · Contrib
ute to creating and maintaining a healthy work environment, monitoring staff morale, and addressing employee concerns. Retail IT
Management:· Contrib
ute to managing inventory systems for efficient stock control. · Assist
with e-commerce platform and online store operations. · Support
CRM systems for customer loyalty and data analysis.· Contrib
ute to maintaining and optimizing mobile applications for customers and employees.· Collabo
rate in the integration of POS systems with accounting software for financial reporting.· Stay in
formed about retail industry regulations and assist in ensuring compliance. · Partici
pate in the assessment and adoption of innovative technology solutions to enhance operations and customer experience. Stakehol
der Collaboration and Compliance: · Assist
in advocating for necessary regulatory changes related to IT.· Support
the building and maintenance of relationships with public sector entities. · Contrib
ute to aligning IT with the organization's overall strategic goals and profitability requirements. · Assist
in updating job descriptions and scope of responsibilities in collaboration with the Director of Support Services.· Support
the maintenance of safe and comfortable working conditions in business units.· Other a

Educatio
nBachelor’
s degree in Data Analytics, computer science, computer engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or relevant field, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experien
ce· Three o
r more years of experience mining data as a data analyst.· Proven
analytics skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualization. · Technic
al writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations.
Certific
ation and Licensure· Advance
d degrees or professional certifications may be preferred.
