We are currently hiring Human Resources Manager to join our Human Resources team and be responsible for facilitating employee relations and resolving any human resource issues as required with the aim of building a positive and engaged work environment. The main responsibility of the job holder is to help our employees maintain a productive work environment to ensure our organization reaches our goals. Ultimately, you will work with various HR Specialists to ensure all employees have the necessary information, and tools necessary to ensure they are productive throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and employee data in HRIS systems.
• Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and exit interviews.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related matters.
• Build and maintain positive employee relations, addressing grievances and conflicts professionally.
• Implement employee engagement initiatives and contribute to building a strong company culture.
• Ensure salary, benefits, and allowances are aligned with company policies and local laws.
• Support the review and updating of HR policies and procedures.
• Support HR strategy execution, aligned with regional HR initiatives.
• Contribute to projects such as employer branding, diversity & inclusion, and employee well-being.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (master’s degree or HR certificate is a plus). • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in multinational companies. • Proven track record in organizational development, HR operations, and employee relations. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Fluency in English and Arabic (written & spoken).
