Key Responsibilities
- Implement initiatives that strengthen company culture and engagement.
- Organize and facilitate workshops and team building.
- Serve as a trusted advocate for employees, ensuring open and empathetic communication channels.

- Partner with HR and leadership to align cultural programs with business goals.
