Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new contingent workforce hires, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition into the organization.
- Handle the offboarding process, ensuring all necessary procedures are followed and exit documentation is completed.
- Oversee day-to-day operational activities related to contingent workforce management. This includes maintaining records, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide support for HC operations, including data management, reporting, and assisting with HC/CW projects as needed.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless people operations processes and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
Qualifications
- Entry or Experienced 0-3 years
- Prior experience in HR operations is an advantage.
- Experience in managing contingent workforce operations or other people operations is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good with MS Office, Excel, reporting and other latest AI tools.
- Ability to manage multiple data sources and systems.
