Entoneyo’s Way School is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our leadership team and help drive the next phase of growth in our mission to deliver exceptional English language education across the Arab world.
About the RoleThe HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and leading all human resource functions and processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a high-performance and compliant work culture.
This position is ideal for a strategic thinker who can balance operational excellence with people-centric leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the end-to-end HR lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training & development, and offboarding.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on people-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to support talent retention and satisfaction.
- Drive the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems and KPIs across all departments.
- Oversee HR operations, including payroll coordination, contracts, benefits, HRMS, and documentation.
- Collaborate with department heads to support staffing needs and organizational development.
- Lead HR audits, policy updates, and internal communications related to HR.
- Support the company’s values, culture, and ethics through transparent and fair HR practices.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or HR certification is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of Jordanian labor law and regional HR best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with HR software (MENA ME System experience preferred).
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
- Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is highly desirable.
