We are at HINCO looking for a Senior Supply Chain Officer to join our growing team and ensure that our products and processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain activities including procurement, logistics, and distribution.
- Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to ensure efficiency and cost optimization.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and sales teams to meet demand.
- High proficiency in handling procurement requests as a complete cycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum [3-5] years of relevant experience in supply chain or logistics roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
