Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Al Sarhan Area for Cooks and Assistant Cooks. The role involves preparing and cooking food according to established recipes and menus, ensuring the highest quality of food and presentation, to support the team in the field. Day-to-day tasks include ingredient preparation, cooking, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, and assisting in managing kitchen operations. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment usage
- Highly skilled to plan and forecast the weekly and monthly needs in the filed
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
- Ability to follow recipes and menus accurately
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a kitchen or culinary environment
- Relevant culinary certification or training is a plus
