Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Amman for a Business Development & Transformation Manager. The manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and implementing transformation strategies, analyzing market trends, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include project management, overseeing business growth initiatives, and ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and mission.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and strategic planning skills
- Experience in market analysis and identifying growth opportunities
- Project management and transformation strategy implementation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience in implementing AI Tools within the business
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant experience in the electrical appliances and electronics industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
