Role Overview:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of GrowthKey's expansion, responsible for identifying new restaurant partners, building robust client relationships, and strategically expanding our portfolio of comprehensive management services across Amman. You’ll be a key player and the driving force behind our growth — creating opportunities, pitching our unique value proposition, and directly contributing to our ambitious growth targets. This isn't just a sales role; it's a chance to shape the future of local businesses.
Key Responsibilities
-   Proactively identify and onboard new restaurant partners onto GrowthKey's diverse service packages
-   Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key restaurant owners and decision-makers, as well as food aggregators, acting as a trusted advisor.
-   Conduct in-depth market assessments and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, tailor pitches, and inform GrowthKey's strategic direction.
-   Masterfully present and pitch GrowthKey’s solutions, demonstrating clear ROI and benefits to potential clients.
-   Negotiate and skillfully close complex service agreements, ensuring mutual value and client satisfaction.
-   Keeping an eye on Amman's food service industry, staying ahead of market trends, new establishments, and competitor strategies to inform sales tactics.
-   Act as a key feedback loop between clients and internal teams, collaborating closely with marketing, operations, and management to continuously enhance our service offerings in a fast-evolving environment.
-   Proactively problem-solve client issues and navigate challenges with agility and a solutions-oriented mindset.
-   Contribute to the refinement of sales processes and strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in a rapidly scaling startup.
Requirements 
-   [Highly Desired] 2+ years of proven, aggressive experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within a startup, tech, SaaS, or food delivery sector
-   Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build rapport quickly across diverse client profiles.
-   Demonstrated self-motivation, a strong target-driven mindset, and a track record of exceeding sales quotas in a demanding environment.
-   Deep understanding of Amman's local food aggregators market, including key players, dynamics, and challenges. Previous experience with an aggregator is a plus.
-   A proactive and adaptable attitude, to comfortably navigating ambiguity
-   Strong analytical skills to identify market opportunities, interpret sales data, and tailor strategies.
-   Proficiency in G-Suite/Microsoft Office.
-   Valid driving license and personal vehicle (a must)
-   Fluency in both Arabic and English.
