We are at HINCO looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Officer to join our growing team and ensure that our products and processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and implement QA systems, procedures, and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Lead investigations for non-conformities and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support training and development programs related to quality assurance and GMP/GDP compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, R&D, Supply Chain, etc.) to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain quality reports and KPIs for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, IT or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance (manufacturing industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and QA management systems.
