Role Overview:
At Blue Mark, we’re looking for a strategic and driven Business Development Executive to lead our growth efforts locally and internationally. This role combines research, strategy, and execution — identifying new opportunities, developing partnerships, and turning them into tangible business results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Research and analyze potential markets, clients, and partnership opportunities across Jordan and abroad.
• Plan and execute business development strategies to attract new clients and partnerships in the digital marketing and advertising industry.
• Build and manage a solid database of prospects through various channels (LinkedIn, email outreach, events, and direct communication).
• Respond to inbound leads promptly and convert them into active clients.
• Create and run outbound lead-generation campaigns targeting high-value prospects and new markets.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored marketing and digital solutions that match their goals.
• Prepare professional proposals and presentations for potential clients and partners.
• Achieve clearly defined monthly and quarterly sales and growth targets.
• Represent Blue Mark at conferences, exhibitions, and business events inside and outside Jordan, expanding the company’s visibility and network.
• Provide regular performance and market analysis reports to management.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within marketing, advertising, or digital services.
• Strong research, analytical, and execution skills — from identifying opportunities to closing deals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in both Arabic and English.
• Professional presence and confidence in representing the company locally and internationally.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a strong plus.
